To all Greeks abroad - Fires - you can help!

You Can Help – Greece Fires

After Spain, Portugal, France, Italy, Canary islands, Turkey, Balkan countries and California in the USA, in the recent past, is Greece's dark fortune to face the most catastrophic wild fire ever: A never ending nightmare of more than four days. Greece’s sun turned red in the middle of the day and black clouds full of ashes were covering the 1/5 part of our country.

Greece these dark days is struggling with a sudden and invisible enemy. We lost human lives, mothers and children, older people who would not abandon their properties, we lost houses, fortunes, businesses, hospitals, churches, olive trees, incredible unique foliage and pine forests, historical monasteries and unique monuments. An ecological disaster caused by human hand, after 170 fires in one day almost the same time… Ecological terror, an incredible catastrophe, a tsunami of fire. The list of loss is endless. Only the ones who suffer can understand.

Now, a part of Peloponissos area, which suffered most, a blessed by Gods place, is in most parts, a burned, deserted place. It is so essential now to assist them to face life with little hope, with any means we can. The morning after is not that bright for them. Our heart is full of pain. Here below please find Greece's National Bank account which was created by the Greek Government, in order to comfort the first needs of the people who suffered, after this National tragedy. Any kind of help, even one single Euro, is valuable these first hours and days:
